Welcome to VOVÉSKIN. "We," "us," and "our" refer to VOVÉSKIN, operating this store (the "Services"), powered by Shopify. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use our Services.

1. Access & Accounts
You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement to use our Services. You may browse as a guest or create an account (required for features like store credit redemption). You're responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account credentials confidential.

2. Our Products
We offer skincare and personal care products including GLUTA-COMPLEX 7, HYDRO GLOW SERUM, SOFT GLOW CREAMY CLEANSER, SHIELD & GLOW TINTED SUNBLOCK SPF+, and CLEARVITA Acne Beads Gel Facewash. Actual appearance may vary by device or packaging updates; descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice. Our products are for cosmetic use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept, reject, limit, or cancel at our discretion. COD orders may require confirmation before dispatch. Orders can be cancelled within 5 hours of placement via email or WhatsApp; once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Prices & Payment
Prices are listed in PKR and may change without notice. Accepted payment methods include COD, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, debit/credit cards, JazzCash, and Easypaisa. We may refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized payment activity.

5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within Pakistan only. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours; nationwide delivery takes 3–5 business days (same-day delivery may be available in select Lahore areas). Free shipping applies on orders above PKR 2,000. Delivery times are estimates only — we are not liable for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on our Services — including logos, product names, images, and text — is owned by or licensed to VOVÉSKIN and protected under applicable law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit this content without our written permission.

7. Third-Party Tools & Links
We may link to or provide access to third-party tools and websites we don't control. These are used at your own risk and subject to their own terms — we're not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Relationship with Shopify
Our Services are powered by Shopify, but all purchases are transactions directly between you and VOVÉSKIN. Shopify is not responsible for your order, delivery, or customer support.

9. Feedback
Reviews, testimonials, or other content you submit may be used by us for marketing and business purposes. By submitting feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use and display it.

10. Errors & Corrections
We may occasionally have typographical errors or inaccuracies in pricing, descriptions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct these and to cancel or modify affected orders.

11. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our Services unlawfully, to infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, engage in fraud, collect other users' data without consent, interfere with site security, or use bots/scrapers to extract data without permission. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services and products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Skincare results vary between individuals; our 14-Day Results Guarantee is governed solely by our Return & Refund Policy and does not guarantee identical results for all customers.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VOVÉSKIN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify VOVÉSKIN, its owners, and affiliates against claims arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of our Services, or infringement of third-party rights.

15. General Provisions

• If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
• These Terms and our policies form the entire agreement between you and VOVÉSKIN.
• You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may do so at our discretion.
• Section headings are for convenience only.

16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
