Yes, COD is available on all orders. We ask customers to record an unboxing video when receiving a COD order — this protects you in the rare case of a damaged or incorrect item and speeds up any resolution.

It protects both sides: if anything arrives damaged or incorrect, the video gives us everything we need to resolve it quickly without back-and-forth, and it's required within 7 days of delivery to report an issue.

Alongside COD, we accept online prepayment through our Shopify checkout. Prepaid orders are processed as soon as payment is confirmed.

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in original packaging, and — for COD orders — accompanied by your unboxing video.

Report any damage within 7 days of delivery, along with your unboxing video if it was a COD order. We'll arrange a replacement or refund once verified.
